747 Pine Street is a 53,000 square foot building in Burlington Vermont that is under going a major renovation in the spring and summer of 2015. My name is Nick Hurt and I am the project manager of overseeing the construction. I am not sure what this Blog will evolve into but if I could hope for an outcome it would become an educational forum for Construction Management students.
